ajwhite > This is day 2 at the falls before we crossed the bridge to get closer. Each day the water volume increases significantly at peaks in April - May timeframe. The day before in this same location there was much greater visibility and you didn't need a raincoat to stand at the beginning of the bridge.

ajwhite > This is about the mid-point of our walk across the falls. The falls is 1.5 miles long and shared by Zambia and Zimbabwe. We only walked along the Zambian side.

ajwhite > This bridge connects Zambia to Zimbabwe. Tourists can cross at a border checkpoint here to continue walking along the falls in Zimbabwe.
